What come to your mind when you first see this word?


I bet you guys think of drugs and alcohol.. But the truth is, there is more to it then those 2 things..


It can be anything to be honest. Sugar, food, games, gadget, bags, and many more. The problems are if we become addict, it can effect to other aspect of our life. If sugar, we can get diabetes and it can be complicated too not just your physic but your psychology too.


Everything that too much is not good for you. Even like workout, if it too much it's not good for you.

In today's world I'm assuming, that gadget is important to us and it also from my own opinion cause I do admit that I use my phone or my laptop everyday. But the question is do you get to stop yourself for not using it just like a couple hours in your day?


I got to admit, it gonna be hard since all what we doing is using our gadget. I know, it's kinda hard task to do but it still can though.


So I got this experience, well kinda a disaster turn to be a beautiful disaster although at the end kinda not so that beautiful but still I wouldn't change it, hahaha.


I gotta tell you a bit of it, it was on 1 of my trip to Bali and on the first night my phone can't be charged since I used my back up batteries and since it's not original so I can't charge it hahaha. At first I kinda freak out a bit cause I can't told my parents that I'm arrived and okay. So I kinda brave myself and ask my friend to borrow her phone and told them and they kinda mad but cannot since it's over the text (well got a bit some talked when I finally home). Oh the trip is around 7 days I guess, so for 6 days ahead I have no phone so no pictures, no internet, no story, no text and to be honest I kinda do like it. Even though I went with my friend and friend's friends who I haven't meet before.


It's kinda open my eyes and enjoy being there and free. Just enjoy the view, laughter, silliness, sad till crying and enjoy the little moments. The one that I missed is I can't took any pictures but the memories is in taken place in my mind somewhere.


My point is that my story is just a bit of example from a small addiction I have or most of people now. We are glued to our phone or gadget, but for once in a while, I hope you can stop and put down your phone and just enjoy the moments. It start from when you hang out with your family or friends.


It's also good for your eyes to stop seeing the blue light. Rest and that little moment might be something that memorable then you can ever imagine.
