Alone & lonely is separate in a thin line

Today topic might sounds boring but it's a feeling that we as people might be feeling it sometimes... You may even feeling it now or a minutes ago or a couple days from now, we never know...
But lonely and alone is different after all... Both things can happen at the same time...
People will refer alone to a person who is by them-self but lonely is a feeling that you might even feeling it even in a crowded place where you not actually alone in the present...
Nothing is that easy you know or maybe some do but you get what I try to say..
Don't get me wrong, I just feeling it this couples of days, it's like sometimes it's just hit me and then it's gone..
The feeling that you feel is build up by times sometime and sometime you also wanted to be left alone or you just want to let it all out with scream to the top of your lungs or cry maybe for others or maybe do something else... Sometimes you just don't realise it until you feel exhausted and feel like all the things you do get you down for some reason...
You know one of the thing that we do to keep our insanity in place, well for me at least, I read, listen to music while maybe a bit dance or sing or you can write.. You don't need have to feel pressure when you want to release your stress..
Take you time, take it bit by bit to let you clear your mind off a bit.. It's okay to feel it and let it all out but still in a positive way okay, I don't want you to regret doing something you will regret in the future because some impulsive or with a reason get caught out in the moment.. Well, to be honest, it's still your choice, you know.. So whether you like it or not now or then you gotta to live by it.. Embrace it and see it in healthier and clear point of view..
I know some may say that it's bad to feel alone and lonely cause it can make you do reckless things.. I'm not saying it won't too, but it's part of the life we live in.. But to what I want you to do is feeling it rather then push it a side and numb that feeling away.. I know it's hard and mix emotion but, you will need to trust to yourself and the process that you will learn something good and your are stronger then you think you are..
