What's come through your mind when you first see the words? If it's time for yourself then it's

right, and even if it's not, then it's right too. Why is that? Because when it come to self love, it's

everything you want to do to make you feel relax, chill, happy, healthier, and zen. There are no

wrong or right when it comes to self love as long as it make you better.


The ways to get to your own self love might be different from others, like for example me;

I like to go out alone sometimes, or go to a spa or try new food or buy something for myself.


Self love can be a time where you can be at peace with yourself. You can read some book or put something nice to wear and just go out or watch sunshine or sunset.


Self love is important for your health in my opinion. It's when you prioritise yourself even it means for you to distance yourself with other people for awhile.


Some may do traveling or just a weekend getaway to just recharge yourself again.


Self love can help you recharge yourself and it may open some new perspective for yourself.


Self love is not important for you physically but also mentally. Some may underestimate or take it easy when it comes too mentally but for me, from what you thinking can make it either better or worst in a blitz.


Self love is not selfish and it is for both men and women no exception.
