5 ways to live a happier life

from my own opinion and experiences

Picture taken by FYS

Since everyone want to find a happier life which sometimes we neglected as we try harder to reach there without even realising, the process to get there are also a learning and healing time for yourself. Some may say money is what makes happier life but for me, it's not always about the money. I do agree that money is important to our daily basis but not all things will be about money. For example, you have a lot of money, you can buy everything you want and maybe you can even persuade someone to be with you with it but is it really makes you happy? I know deep down, we all only looking to be happy either with ourself or with people around us that we care about.

So this are some of my tips that I think and I doing it in my life to be happier in life. It might be works for you but it might not. The key that I will tell you is to find your own way that you comfortable with.

#1 Ignore other people opinions

I know you must be think, how on earth we gonna do it? I mean hello, in this world, people talks

and people sees. Well I'm gonna tell you, let them. Let them see, let them talk, let them do what

they want as long as it won't harm you. It's also their rights to talks.

You get comfortable by yourself, do what makes you happy and let them see.

Just be who you are.

At first it might be difficult, I know it will because I felt it too and let me be honest with you

I am still trying to until now. It can get through you sometimes but it's you who decide if you

gonna let them through or not.

I had this experience one time that I had some problem with my phone and I can't use it while

I'm on holiday and it's on the first night, some may say it's gonna be really sucks. At first I did

think like that but then I rather enjoy my time and it's refreshing to not depend on your phone

even though I got quite an earful from my mom but that can be quite an experience you guys can

try to once in awhile.

From this experience I kinda get some sense to not care what others opinion sometimes

especially if it negative. So this brings me to my second tips.

#2 - Surround yourself with positive vibes

Like I said in the first tip, distance yourself from negative vibes. First you try to ignore other

opinions which make you less stress than you will think more clearly.

Reading books, looking for some community club, or go to art museums, hangout with your

bestie or family, or go on a trip; those are some of the things that you can do and find something

that make you smile a little bit, happier even for awhile then it comes when it eventually you just f

feel right and some sense of peace.

You will then choose the community or friends and people that makes you happier, better,

relax and who have a positive effect on you. In times, you eventually will feel the different.

You will seek out more for positive and healthier vibes and it might make you laugh more,

smile more, and you will see things different and for some whatever reasons, the smallest

things can make you happy.

#3 - Learn to accept things as they are

There are things that we can't control and change it, it's just what it is. We can try to change it

but if someone don't want to then to make the best of it is just accept it. Like situation we can't

control, we can try to deny it but it is what it is and what can change is ourself, our reaction, our

point of view and accept the situation.

Once we accept it, then we grow from there and make the best of it. We learn to be at peace

with it even it takes time.

#4 - Don't keep it inside

What I mean is, feel it. If you want to cry, go cry. You want to dance, go dance. You want to shout,

go shout. Be angry, swears, let it all out.

You can let it all out by yourself, with you trustee people or maybe write it down. Don't keep it

inside, it's just a heavy things to do.

Like me, I can say that I don't really like people see me when I cry so I kinda let it out when

no ones around and just let it out. I fell better after I let it out.

You definitely feel a lot better when you let it out, its a way or kind a process of healing.

#5 - Try something new

Open up yourself to seek something to develop yourself. Maybe try new things like

read more maybe or maybe try new style of clothes or new food that you want to try but

never get the chance to.

It might be weird at first but it's because you come out from your comfort zone. This might

also lead you to find new friends, find you place to hang out or maybe find someone special.

Finally that's 5 tips that I do and still is to make life happier.

After all, it's your choice whether you want to try it or not. I can only share and it's works for me. Don't put too much pressure on yourself to be better but you are not happy and enjoy your life. At last, don't forget to comment or maybe share your tips.
